After doing more search engine research and on advice from people in the know I have changed my linking recips rules!  Below you will see the correct linking recips that I would like all submitters to use from now on! 
I prefer a text link but if you want to use my banners please also use a text link to the category you are submitting to underneath the banner.   Below the text link tables are instructions on how to link with banners.  I don't expect you to change any existing links you have listed on my site but I do expect you to use these new linking codes for your future submissions!
Linking this way is good for search engine placement for all of us as well as linking to my warning page will keep us all out the courts as well!
